How to Purchase a Program Book Advertisement
Step 1: Ad Contract
Your Mini, Teen or Miss should have an ad contract for you. If they don't, you're able to download the contract from the link above! NOTE: THE AD CONTRACT IS WHERE ALL OF THE INFORMATION FOR YOUR AD LIVES. IF NO AD CONTRACT IS TURNED IN, THERE WILL BE NO AD.
Step 2: Payment
You are able to pay one of three ways:
- Pay Online (Most recommended)
- Cash (Contestant responsible)
- Check (Mailed or Contestant responsible)
This must be filled out on your ad contract.
Step 3: Design
You are more than welcome to provide an ad for the program book, or we do have a graphic designer, Brooklynn, who can design the ad for you if given the context of the ad (logo, message, pictures, etc.) NOTE: DECISION OF DESIGN IS DUE ON CONTRACT.
Step 4: Contestant Turns in Ads
Our Mini, Teen and Miss Contestants are in charge of their businesses/good luck ads and are responsible for turning them in on July 14th. THEY ARE YOUR POINT OF CONTACT. After July 14th, we will send you proof of your ad (if you had us design it) before going to print!
